1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and luk333 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services provided on luk333, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and payment processing.

By creating an account on luk333, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or otherwise using the platform, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the platform.

luk333 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.Eligibility

To register and use luk333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity;
• You have not previously been excluded from luk333 or had an account permanently closed for a violation of these Terms;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of luk333 or any affiliated entity.

luk333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on luk333. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person — whether by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — luk333 reserves the right to close all such accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly should it change. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. luk333 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided at the time of registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify luk333 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. luk333 will not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

4.Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our obligations regarding responsible gaming and financial compliance, luk333 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. All players are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal and may be asked to provide documentation at any stage of their membership.

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA;
• Valid Pakistani passport;
• Driver's licence issued by a Pakistani provincial authority;
• Recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address (dated within 90 days).

luk333 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access or close an account where a player fails to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a formal request. Any balance held in an unverified account that has been inactive for 180 days may be subject to an inactivity charge as detailed in Section 5 below.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

luk333 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All deposit amounts are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice. luk333 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources; all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Players must have completed KYC verification prior to their first withdrawal. luk333 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours during standard business hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and applicable financial institution procedures.

5.3 Inactivity Fee

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. luk333 reserves the right to levy a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 on dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Players will be notified by email prior to any deduction. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

luk333 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal campaigns. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms published at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only;
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and device unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer terms before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited along with any winnings derived from them;
• luk333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting against your own bonus, or collusion — may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7.Gameplay Rules

All games available on luk333 — including slots, live casino tables, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

luk333 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Results generated by our systems are final. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, luk333 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where restoration is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the corresponding stake refunded.

Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change prior to the commencement of any event. luk333 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have contained incorrect data or that are affected by unforeseen circumstances outside our control, including match cancellations, suspensions, or force majeure events.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on luk333 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Accessing the platform using automated bots, scripts, or any non-human agent;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner not intended by the platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information betting;
• Attempting to launder funds or use the platform for any illegal financial transaction;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing luk333 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any luk333 software or platform component;
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or operating as an agent for a third party without explicit written authorisation from luk333.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the luk333 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and interface design — is the exclusive property of luk333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any luk333 content without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of luk333 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10.Privacy & Data

luk333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described therein. We will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luk333 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

luk333's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to luk333 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luk333 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

12.Account Suspension & Closure

luk333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing;
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder;
• A mandatory exclusion or notification received from a relevant authority;
• Account inactivity as defined in Section 5.3.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, luk333 reserves the right to withhold any pending balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13.Responsible Gaming

luk333 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling, while entertaining for the vast majority of players, can become harmful for some individuals. We encourage all players to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits through their account settings.

Players who feel they may be developing a problem with gambling are encouraged to use our self-exclusion tool, which allows you to voluntarily restrict your access to the platform for a defined period or permanently. 14.Amendments to These Terms

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of luk333 following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

15.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of luk333, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. luk333 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to a mutually agreed independent arbitration process. Nothing in this clause shall limit luk333's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
